Kids & Teens Classes with The Fight System
Little Kids Jiu Jitsu – Monday & Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm (Ages 5-8yrs)
Kids & Teens Jiu Jitsu – Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-5:30pm (Ages 8-16yrs)
Youth Boxing & Kickboxing – Friday 4:30-5:30pm (Ages 5-16yrs)
Depending on their size, attention, and motivation, they may be able to start at a younger age, or move to the adult class earlier.
Jiu Jitsu fosters a goal-focused mindset. The students learn valuable skills of hard work and discipline as well as learning fitness basics, new movement patterns, and real-life self-defense skills. They will get a workout at every class!
We train No-gi Jiu Jitsu, this means that instead of the traditional Gi, your kid(s) need to wear clothes they can comfortably train in like shorts or athletic leggings and a t-shirt. Please make sure their shoulders are covered (at least a short sleeve shirt, no tank tops), and their hair tied up if needed. Also, no zippers, clips, or jewelry. Bring a waterbottle, mouthguard and a can-do attitude and lots of energy!
